Nazaneen “Naz” Iravani is an associate attorney and firm administrator at Cooper & Iravani LLP, where she plays a key role in both the legal and operational sides of the practice. Whether it’s a trademark filing, a real estate transaction, or a business dispute heading to court, Naz is often the first point of contact for client, and the one making sure everything stays on track. From the courtroom to the USPTO, she keeps cases moving with nothing fallen through the cracks.

Before C&I, Naz started her legal career in criminal defense at the Santa Clara Public Defender’s Office, where she learned how to think on her feet, advocate under pressure, and work closely with clients from all walks of life. She now brings that same focus and determination to her civil practice by helping prepare cases, manage filings, assist in contract drafting, assisting with corporate formation and organization, and supporting the firm’s attorneys on everything from motion work to strategic planning. As the firm’s administrator, and right-hand, she also keeps our systems running, deadlines tracked, and operations tight.

She earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and is licensed to practice in California courts. Whether she’s jumping into a litigation matter or making sure the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes, Naz is known for being sharp, responsive, and all-in for the team.

Outside of work, she’s a proud plant mom, frequent concert-goer, and big fan of iced coffee, even in the winter.
